It's always important to have a face, an actual person, stand behind his or her program.

Hi, I'm "Relentless" Roger Dickerman.  In the case of the Relentless Transformation, I'm that face.

5 short years ago I created the program to help people change their lives.  Sound cheesy?  Generic?  Maybe.  But the passion behind the program is anything but those things.

See, I grew up slightly chubby.  I was the kid who didn't want to take off his shirt at the pool.  I'm sure it had something to do with the Tastykakes and Pop Tarts...

Long story short I'm not the personal trainer with infallible genetics.  I'm not the guy who this "comes easy" to.  I've learned how to change my own body through efficient exercise, sound nutrition, a relentless mindset, and lifestyle techniques (that's where the sleep and stress management come in).  Not surprisingly these are the fundamentals of the Relentless Transformation program.

In the past 6 years, more than 275 people have walked through the program's door.  Many of those people walked out truly transformed, and you'll see some of their stories on this page.

One of my visions throughout the past 6 years was making the program more accessible.  The core version costs between $1,350 and $1,750, and I respect the enormity of that investment.  I respect that it is not possible for everyone.  The core version also requires a lot of face time at our Philadelphia studio, Relentless Fitness.  I respect that not everyone lives here!

The Relentless Transformation 5.0 that you're reading about is the program's evolution.  It is a way to reduce cost and reach as many people as possible, while retaining its ability to create real change.  $249 and access anywhere ain't bad!

I can't and won't promise a magic pill.  They don't exist.  I can and will promise that if you bring the desire for change and the willingness to work, we'll make it happen.



Roger's writing is engaging, clear, and taps in to both your common sense and the heart of what is holding you back on your path to better health.
